We act on behalf of buyers at auction and in the majority of cases we are able to offer a fixed charge for review of the seller's legal pack and a separate fixed charge for completion of the purchase.
Auction Sales:
We prepare auction packs for clients selling at auction and liaise with your auctioneers and deal with any interested partner.
Legal packs are often available electronically to allow documentation to be reviewed even more quickly and efficiently to assist you in making the decision as to whether or not to attend the auction.
